HAWIYE CUTURAL PROSPECTIVES
Hawiye culture and unity council is comprising of Hawiye intellectuals and has been established in May 6, 2007 standing for political adjustment after 16 years of anarchism and political instability especially southern regions of Somalia, at same time was being attacked the Somali good habits.
For that reasons and others Hawiye intellectuals had gathered and decided to establish culture congress comprising of Hawiye sub clans without interfering traditions of other clans, but the aim was to integrate Hawiye clan in general.
Hawiye congress is adjusting political trend and safeguarding good habits of Somali nation in order to get true reconciliation and initiate inclusive government.
This congress has emblem and systematic administrative structure and organizational chart and below is organizational chart.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COUNCIL
1. This council safeguards traditions and sovereignty of Somali nation cooperating with other traditions of river clans.
2. This council is cultural based institution and have no political ambition, but its main cornerstone is consultation of political trend.
3. This council is standing for to describe any one who willing to take national responsibility.
4. This council may point out or will point out for any one who may help or might help with the Somali community.
5. This council have rules and regulations which states if any member will join to the other entities he will lose directly with his membership and if he holds responsibility his deputy will automatically replace him.
6. This council wants to associate with other traditional entities in order to attain common sense and maintain good habits.
